In the country's policy-making and decision-making arena, many new and dynamic issues are faced by the country's research agents. To solved these problems, must be prepared a cycle between the most theoretical layers and the most operational layers. By designing and formulating the wisdom ecosystem model in the field of decision-making, it is possible to create this operational cycle that prepares the back and forth between these levels. This research was carried out with the objectives of "compilation of the ecological model of wisdom in the field of decision-making of research organizations" with a mixed approach and with an exploratory and contextual method. The two statistical populations of this research are: a) the general research community; 25 people with special characteristics, and b) expert society; There were 15 experts who formed the panel group and tried to produce literature by holding brainstorming sessions and summarizing the mentioned cases, they completed the conceptual model of the research. Based on this research, the dimensions and components of wisdom ecosystem in the field of decision-making of Iranian research organizations are: Senior managers (wise judgment, foresight and insight, rationality, applying experiences, understanding the correlation of affairs, understanding issues), Environment (communication channels, dynamics, external knowledge), Knowledge centers (human resource management, human resources, organizational culture, knowledge management, strategy and leadership, decision-making and policy-making), Actors (universities and research centers of the country, government, industry, Supreme National Security Council, Islamic Council and foreign actors), and upstream documents (laws and regulations, modern Islamic civilization, S&T document and ...).

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of knowledge extraction to examine its grassroots and interdisciplinary interactions based on papers in the Scopus database between 1980 and 2022. The study uses Biblimetrix, performance analysis, and science mapping techniques using 307 articles extracted from the Scopus database. The study used Biblimetrix (R package) and VOSviewer as a tool to carry out the performance analysis and science mapping analysis. The results show that the number of publications has significantly increased in the past decade, 1.53% of authors contribute at least a single article, and 98.46% of authors published multi-authored. China, the USA, and Japan were the most prolific countries in terms of the total number of citations and foreign collaborations. Expert Systems with Applications and the Journal of Knowledge Management are the top journals for knowledge extraction; Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (book series), and Lecture Notes in Computer Science are the top conference proceedings series in this field. Implications of knowledge extraction as an emerging discipline have been discussed based on the evidence and trends. The bibliometrics analysis can be helpful for professionals, scholars, and academics interested in bibliometric studies. it also provides essential information for making decisions on the vitality of disciplines.

The purpose of this paper is to study the existing wikis and the experiences of implementing wikis at the national and international levels. The result will be designing a specialized wiki in the field of knowledge management by describing the specialized terms of knowledge. The present study method is applied in terms of purpose, which was done by the documentary method. It should be noted that the Delphi method is used to document the framework. The findings described eleven cases of research related to the implementation of the wiki and its format, which was taxonomic. To provide a wiki framework, a review of previous sources and research related to the field of wiki building was done, and then the template was presented by studying the existing cases. Finally, a framework for creating the taxonomy of knowledge management in the form of a wiki is provided. Also, this research has two appendices: The first appendix provides the basic terms to be included in the taxonomic structure and be completed by users and professionals over time. The second appendix contains some examples of different wiki pages for patterning.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify and study the features and capabilities of common knowledge management software and its components in Iran. Then, a suitable model for producing knowledge management software for Iranian companies and organizations was presented.Method: This study is a two-dimensional (basic-applied) research in terms of purpose and documentary-library research in terms of the method of collecting information. The statistical population is all knowledge management software, the number of which is unknown. A total of 12 common and widely used softwares were selected by available methods. Colaizzi's descriptive phenomenological approach was used to analyze the content. Validity and reliability were used through 4 criteria of credibility, reliability, verifiability, and transferability.Findings: As a result of content analysis of sites related to knowledge management software, 120 categories or initial code and 40 indicators or final concepts were identified. After screening and refining the initial codes and indicators, the number of initial codes was reduced to 83, and the number of final indicators or concepts to 27 concepts. Conclusion: In the study, several common knowledge management software in Iran have been identified and their modules have been studied. Considering the culture, structure, and needs of organizations, and also considering the challenges faced by the knowledge management process in the organization, a suitable model for providing knowledge management software has been provided.

The use of IoT in intelligent agriculture is now very common among farmers, and with the use of drones and sensors, advanced agriculture is rapidly becoming a growing global standard. The use of IoT requires infrastructure that is defined within an IoT governance framework. This paper proposes new approaches to knowledge management, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT governance and their impact on productivity in the agriculture sector by hiring specialized people who are called AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers.Given the importance of all three topics, knowledge management, IoT, and agriculture, we have tried to show the impact of the presence of AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers and IoT in reducing water consumption as one of the most important requirements of agriculture in a simulation by Matlab Software. The data was obtained from the Eurostat database. We also provide a framework for the presence of AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers in fields that are specialized in agricultural science and knowledge management. Finally, due to the importance of governance in this sector, a framework for the governance of artificial intelligence in the field of agriculture with the presence of knowledge managers has been proposed.

Purpose: This article has been prepared and compiled with the aim of identifying and determining the application of knowledge management criteria in the portals of eight science and technology parks in Tehran province.Method: This research was a descriptive survey. Data were collected based on a checklist based on the model of availability, creation, and transfer of knowledge. The statistical population of this study includes the website of eight science and technology parks in Tehran province. Results: The level of application of knowledge management criteria on the website of science and technology parks is an unfavorable situation. Among the components of knowledge management, the component of knowledge creation with the lowest average compared to the component of knowledge transfer and availability needs to be fundamentally reviewed. Conclusion: The results showed that knowledge management criteria in these websites are not used properly. To eliminate this shortcoming and fill the gap in the current situation, the designers of science and technology parks websites should include the knowledge management approach among the main strategies of the park programs under their management. Keywords: Science and technology parks, knowledge management, portals, knowledge creation
