The aim of the current research is to compile the knowledge framework of tax whistleblowing disclosure by analyzing the role of the organization's structure and culture. In the current complex and global economic era, concepts such as financial transparency and disclosure knowledge in the field of taxation have become one of the vital axes for sustainable development and creating economic justice. The present research tried to answer the question of how structural and cultural factors play a role in tax whistle-blowing by using the method of qualitative content analysis and triangulation of data collection. The research community of the tax organization was from 2014 to 2023 and 6 people were selected as interviewees with the purposeful sampling technique. The findings of the research showed that in the studied tax organization, despite the existence of structures to facilitate whistleblowing, the culture of not whistleblowing prevailed over whistleblowing. In more precise words, structural factors were completely overshadowed by cultural factors and even in many cases they became ineffective under the influence of cultural factors. The practical knowledge of this research for policy makers, managers and other administrative health enthusiasts is to pay more attention to the role of organizational culture and prioritize it over other factors affecting tax disclosure knowledge in the direction of organizational information transparency. Any success in the development of tax whistle-blowing disclosure knowledge depends on paying attention to the culture and cultural beliefs about whistle-blowing, and only structural arrangements cannot cause organizational whistle-blowing.

Due to the increasing exchange of information and data through the use of cell phones, this research aims to design a data-driven model of mobile marketing in Iran. The focus is on decision-making information related to purchasing behavior. By studying customers' decision-making information, businesses can collectively form antecedents that enable them to predict customers' behaviors and reactions. A mixed exploratory methodology (qualitative-quantitative) was used to collect and analyze the research data. For this purpose, the qualitative phase utilized the theme analysis method, while the quantitative phase employed the fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy hierarchical analysis methods. Therefore, it was determined that the mobile marketing model, based on decision-making information on purchasing behavior, includes 98 indicators, 18 components, and four general categories (dimensions) of influencing factors. These categories are decision-making styles, individual factors, social factors, and technical factors. The results of the quantitative phase showed that the most important factors in decision-making, from the customer's perspective, were sensitivity to the price and value of goods, social pressures, user concerns and worries, and utilitarian factors related to the message. Mobile marketing can be effective among Iranian users and consumers when it aligns with the various aspects of consumer purchasing behavior decision-making information and enhances perceptions. It instilled a desire in people to prioritize safety and usefulness in their field.

This research aims to develop an entrepreneurship ecosystem model within a university, utilizing a knowledge-oriented approach. The role of universities in ensuring the success of knowledge and entrepreneurship goes beyond knowledge transfer. Ultimately, they contribute to the creation of a knowledge-based entrepreneurship ecosystem. Therefore, experts' opinions were used to identify the indicators, components, and dimensions of the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Azad University. This was done by examining the existing theoretical foundations and utilizing the theme analysis method of Brown and Clark in the ATLAS TI software. In this regard, interviews were conducted with 20 experts from the university's entrepreneurship ecosystem until theoretical saturation was reached. The text of the interviews was then analyzed using coding. According to the systematic model, eight main categories were identified. These clusters include "structural factors (structure and government)", "entrepreneurial fields (environmental factors, management factors)", "entrepreneurial consequences (development and transfer of entrepreneurship, technological entrepreneurship)", "educational and cultural factors (educational factors, cultural factors, scientific and technological factors)", and "policymaking and planning (government policymaking, leadership policymaking)". Knowledge-based entrepreneurship is faced with a complex set of components that create its knowledge-oriented ecosystem. So that each dimension of this sphere is integrated into both the internal components of the university and the higher education system, as well as the external components and subsystems of society.

This research aims to provide an information system based on virtual currency data in the banking industry in Iran. Data is one of the most significant assets of the organization. This research is applied in terms of purpose. The population includes university professors in marketing and experts, including managers of the banking industry. Sampling in the qualitative section was done purposefully, and the criteria of expertise were at least a graduate degree and ten-year of relevant work experience. Finally, 20 people were selected as samples. The method used is SWARA's quantitative prioritization method. The index of using virtual currency in Iran's sanctions situation (Q67) with a weight of 0.12 is the first. The index of entrepreneurial acceleration based on the new payment system (Q56) with a weight of 0.11 is the second priority. The index of general uncertainty about the nature of virtual currencies (Q16) with a weight of 0.09 is the third priority. The index of improving communication and interactions between customers and the bank (Q63) with a weight of 0.0859 is the fourth priority. The index of alignment of banking processes with global standards (Q61) with a weight of 0.07 is the fifth priority. Extracting useful information from the database and converting it into actionable results is the main challenge that companies face. Therefore, results show that one of the ways to the success of cryptocurrencies is the use of data-oriented information systems and data mining techniques. The data-oriented information system is one of the recent developments in data management technologies.

This research has addressed the modeling of knowledge-based human resource management with a qualitative approach in voluntary organizations. According to the theory of resource-based perspective, human resources can be considered rare and non-repeatable assets that provide a sustainable competitive advantage to the company. The researcher is trying to answer a practical problem and in this regard, to develop practical knowledge and discover new knowledge in voluntary organizations. The method used was theme analysis in NVIVO software. The statistical population consists of experts from voluntary organizations with at least the position of deputy; over 20-year work experience; experience in voluntary activities; at least 45 years old with a doctorate degree or higher. The size of the community of experts was 10 people. The number of samples was determined using the purposive sampling technique. In this research, an 8-dimensional model with 29 indicators was identified. These 8 dimensions are supply, growth and training, motivation, maintenance, human resources infrastructure, consequences, internal environment, and external environment. These 8 criteria indicate that the creation of a suitable structure and organization of human resources causes the employees to move towards their main specialties and consequently increases the organization's productivity. Therefore, by giving importance to human resources, developing and implementing new knowledge strategies, the productivity of knowledge workers, and the use of approaches based on information technology, can improve the knowledge management of human resources.

The availability of social capital is a valuable resource that supports employees in performing activities in organizations. Social capital has a close interaction with knowledge. The current research aimed at investigating the dynamics of the social capital database to gain economic, social, cultural, and environmental knowledge of the industrial development of Kangan City using a quantitative approach and a survey method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistical population was all the citizens of Kangan City over 25, 400 were selected as a sample and studied using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data were analyzed on two descriptive and inferential levels in SPSS software. The results show that the average of the social-environmental behavior variable is higher than the average and the average of the change in the consumption of cultural goods is lower than the average. Based on this, it can be said that the impact of industrial development on social-environmental behaviors and social capital (including the dimension of social trust) has been positive and the consumption of cultural goods has had no effect, or to be more precise, it has had a negative effect. Holding scientific meetings in order to increase social trust in the industrial area is one of the practical suggestions of this research, also culturalization of knowledge sharing and use of existing databases will strengthen social capital and create a competitive advantage of knowledge creation in the long term.

Science production through the use of knowledge management has been identified as a top priority for development in almost any society while scientific development is considered as a prerequisite to development in various sectors, which can consequently lead to economic prosperity and social welfare. I.R.Iran vision plan 2025 targets the first economic and scientific ranking in the region. A closer study of scientific products and science ranking of countries has provided a suitable tool for proper policy-making and planning as well as better understanding of the past situation. Analysis of scientific products and science ranking of countries has also paved the ground for purposeful scientific practices and research priorities besides contributions to recognition of weaknesses and insufficiencies in science production. Additionally, the environmental performance index of countries is an indicative of countries’ commitment to sustainable development and human life. Meanwhile, countries with lower science ranking will doubtlessly fail to manage ecological issues effectively. This study makes a comparison of science ranking and environmental performance index among Persian Gulf countries. The results show that Iran and Saudi Arabia, despite their first and second place, respectively, in science ranking in the region, have not been able to fully utilize this capacity for effective protection and management of the environment. In contrast, countries such as Kuwait and Bahrain, despite their lower science ranking, at the bottom of the table, have attained higher values with regard to environmental performance index than Iran and Saudi Arabia thanks to their proper planning and policy-making practices.
