Purpose: The purpose of this study is to answer the main question of what is meant by the concept of data-driven digital transformation from the perspective of cyber-physical-social systems’ thinking.Method: Comparative Evaluation method is used in this study. In this method, after identifying different definitions and interpretations of the digital data-driven transformation and also cyber-physical-social data, these definitions are compared based on this method. Based on this analysis, then a conceptual concept from the perspective of the notion of cyber-physical-social systems for the concept of data-driven digital transformation is proposed.Findings: Based on this research, the concept of digital transformation has different definitions and interpretations. Some of these definitions focus on “what” and some on “how”. But the complex nature of the concept of transformation has not been noted enough. Now we’re cyber-physical-social systems as a platform for data creation and data flow. The nature of these systems is based on transformation and the digital data-driven transformation is achieved by data flow management in these systems.Digital data-driven transformation is a concept based on digital convergence between social, physical, cognitive, and cyber systems. These systems are the context of creating big data, and data flow management requires data-driven notions and analytics, which is essential for the transformation and sustainability of societies. Conclusion: According to the proposed framework, data-driven digital transformation is a concept based on digital convergence between social, physical, cognitive, and cyber systems. These systems are the context of creating big data, and data flow management requires data thinking and analytics which are necessary for the transformation and sustainability of societies.

This paper aims to generate a genealogy of Digital Transformation employing visualization techniques of scientific documents which will contribute theoretically to the research field and practically to the business. To reach the genealogy, three relations including ancestors, fathers, and descendants were defined. The ancestors and fathers were respectively determined by Reference Publication Year Spectroscopy (RPYS) and Citation analysis. Identification of the descendants was done through the bibliographic coupling of the documents published in the last two years. Visualization of the ancestors, fathers, and descendants was respectively done via fathers’ reference co-citation analysis, citation analysis on documents, and clustering of the bibliographic couplings using VosViewer. The analysis of each cluster identifies the topics of each relation of the genealogy. The analysis of the ancestors showed that the ancestors have studied theoretical foundations in digital transformation to a great extent. according to the clusters obtained for the fathers, Business models, Strategy and Innovation, Industry 4.0, and Servitization were the dominant topics of this relation. The identified topical clusters of descendants contained Digital Transformation Nature, the Influence of Digitalization on Business, Industry 4.0 and Sustainability, Digital Twins, and other Technologies in Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, and Medicine, and Digital Transformation, Smart City, and The Effect on Financial and Economic Services showing the focus of latest research in specific technologies and innovation. The generated genealogy can be used to anticipate future trends and measures to be taken by businesses to realize digital transformation.

Science production through the use of knowledge management has been identified as a top priority for development in almost any society while scientific development is considered as a prerequisite to development in various sectors, which can consequently lead to economic prosperity and social welfare. I.R.Iran vision plan 2025 targets the first economic and scientific ranking in the region. A closer study of scientific products and science ranking of countries has provided a suitable tool for proper policy-making and planning as well as better understanding of the past situation. Analysis of scientific products and science ranking of countries has also paved the ground for purposeful scientific practices and research priorities besides contributions to recognition of weaknesses and insufficiencies in science production. Additionally, the environmental performance index of countries is an indicative of countries’ commitment to sustainable development and human life. Meanwhile, countries with lower science ranking will doubtlessly fail to manage ecological issues effectively. This study makes a comparison of science ranking and environmental performance index among Persian Gulf countries. The results show that Iran and Saudi Arabia, despite their first and second place, respectively, in science ranking in the region, have not been able to fully utilize this capacity for effective protection and management of the environment. In contrast, countries such as Kuwait and Bahrain, despite their lower science ranking, at the bottom of the table, have attained higher values with regard to environmental performance index than Iran and Saudi Arabia thanks to their proper planning and policy-making practices.

This study aims to design an electronic supply chain management model to achieve a world-class home appliance industry. This is a mixed methods research and developmental applicative in terms of its purpose. To provide the theoretical foundations, articles, books, and reliable sources available to the researcher have been studied. The statistical sample consists of experts in home appliance manufacturing industries and professors and researchers in the field of world-class production. The sampling method is purposeful using Dimetal techniques and the interpretive structural model. In this research, 15 indicators were identified including electronic infrastructure, core technology, electronic procurement, electronic management of communication with suppliers, information flow, supply chain speed, ability to resist threats, relying on internal capacity, cost, waiting for time, flexibility, sales service, after-sales service, meeting customer expectations and world-class quality. The results indicated that based on the interpretive structural model designed (at three levels of infrastructure, sales, after-sales services, and world-class quality), the low-level components of electronic infrastructure, core technology, electronic procurement, and electronic management of communication with the supplier have the greatest impact. In line with the research findings, suggestions are made for improving the studied industry to reach the world-class in the future.

This research aimed to create new knowledge on supply chain performance management in private banks., It was performed in two phases using a thematic analysis under the qualitative methodology and the correlational analysis technique using structural equation modeling in the quantitative part. The data was obtained from in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 12 managers of five private banks in Iran, based on purposeful sampling and continued until reaching theoretical saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all 235 managers of Mellat Bank's branches, from which 144 were selected by simple random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data for the first part. The validity was assessed by factor analysis of the extracted components. A reliability value of 0.7 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha. The factor load of causal factors on the main category was 0.53, contextual factors on strategies were 0.54, intervening factors on strategies were 0.37, the main category on strategies was 0.47, and finally, the factor load of strategies on consequences was 0.71. A performance measurement system is a framework for measuring supply chain performance. To create knowledge in the supply chain based on research findings, one must first know what knowledge is important to maintain and how it can be maintained effectively.

The current research aims to study the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) on sustainable and intelligent supply chain management in the food industry of East Azarbaijan province. The use of intelligent technologies and sustainability components based on organizational knowledge in the product supply chain not only improves the information level of the supply chain but also reduces the risk of product security problems, especially perishable products, by controlling the supply chain. Also, when a product security problem occurs, companies can help solve this problem through intelligentization and knowledge management. In this research, by comparing the regression rate, which is closer to the desired number of one, and the MSE rate of the obtained error value, which is very close to zero, in the best case, the results related to one hidden layer and two neurons were selected. Then, by calculating the sum of the weights of each layer and normalizing the weights, the importance of each input layer was determined. The research results showed that the order of importance of the independent variables in the neural network structure model is cultural factors, economic factors, environmental factors, and social factors. measures to be taken by businesses to realize digital transformation.
