This research is done in a mixed way (thematic analysis and data mining). In the first step, based on the qualitative method of thematic analysis, the effective factors of knowledge-based career path planning with a high-performance approach and data processing approach are identified. The investigated population is the managers and decision-makers of Zone Ten of Iran's gas transmission operations. 10 people were purposefully selected and interviewed. These people had more than 10 years of work experience in this organization. Using the six-step coding method, the interviews were entered into the MAXQDA software, and the effective factors on career path planning with a high-performance approach based on organizational knowledge were identified. Data was collected in SPSS format and used as input in WEKA software. The path of career development in this research was determined based on the dimensions of individual factors, organizational factors, empowerment strategies, management strategy, culture-building strategies, process development, and management processes. The operationalization of these factors in data mining showed that the situation of the predicted career path has significant differences from the reality of the organization. This procedure can be improved by periodic knowledge extraction and long-term performance evaluation. The obtained results showed that the knowledge-oriented career path emphasizes the empowerment of employees in a specialty. The level of knowledge participation of employees does not only mean that the employee shows useful behaviors for the organization within the organization, but also includes the attitude of people towards the company and recognizing their existential value in the company.

The current research was conducted to design a model to identify the effective organizational factors for tacit knowledge management in Iran's Social Security Organization. The method and tools of data collection were obtained through field methods such as interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population in the qualitative phase included managers and experts from the general departments of the Deputy of Management Development and Human Resources of the Social Security Organization. The sampling method in the qualitative phase was purposive and snowball. Based on the principle of theoretical saturation, a sample size of 15 interviews was chosen for the semi-structured interviews. To validate qualitative findings, four criteria of validity, generalizability, reliability, and verifiability were used. To assess the validity of the findings, content validity was employed. The process of data analysis was conducted using the open, axial, and selective coding methods in the MAXQDA. The statistical population in the quantitative part of the research was 360 managers and expert experts in 7 specialized vice offices of the organization's headquarters, and according to the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970), the number of quantitative study samples was 186 people selected by simple random method. In the inferential statistics section, quantitative content analysis of the structural equation modeling method was used. Finally, the model of effective organizational factors on tacit knowledge management in the social security organization was confirmed. It is necessary to pay attention to the institutionalization of effective factors in tacit knowledge management by considering the designed model.

The availability of social capital is a valuable resource that supports employees in performing activities in organizations. Social capital has a close interaction with knowledge. The current research aimed at investigating the dynamics of the social capital database to gain economic, social, cultural, and environmental knowledge of the industrial development of Kangan City using a quantitative approach and a survey method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistical population was all the citizens of Kangan City over 25, 400 were selected as a sample and studied using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data were analyzed on two descriptive and inferential levels in SPSS software. The results show that the average of the social-environmental behavior variable is higher than the average and the average of the change in the consumption of cultural goods is lower than the average. Based on this, it can be said that the impact of industrial development on social-environmental behaviors and social capital (including the dimension of social trust) has been positive and the consumption of cultural goods has had no effect, or to be more precise, it has had a negative effect. Holding scientific meetings in order to increase social trust in the industrial area is one of the practical suggestions of this research, also culturalization of knowledge sharing and use of existing databases will strengthen social capital and create a competitive advantage of knowledge creation in the long term.

The aim of the current research was to provide an intelligent model of the green supply chain of pharmaceutical products with the overlap of common customers. This research applies simulation to the proposed model of a pharmaceutical supply chain with smart and green conditions. The society under investigation is the environment of pharmaceutical companies, with its specific assumptions and goals. This model is simulated in the GMAS software environment. The problem was examined from two perspectives: simultaneous production (coordination of drugs) and cooperative planning (coordination of suppliers). Additionally, in order to address the issue of vehicle routing under real conditions of limited capacity for delivery vehicles, the expiration date of the drug and time windows in orders were taken into consideration. The objective was to allocate orders to vehicles in a way that minimizes the total delivery time and reduces the amount of carbon dioxide produced. Based on the obtained results, this multi-objective model aims to improve the performance of the pharmaceutical distribution network by addressing three main complexities: economic, environmental, and social. This approach provides a comprehensive and balanced solution for designing the drug distribution network. Its goal is to preserve the environment, improve social conditions, and maximize economic profit.

The purpose of this study is to identify the thematic trends of scientific publications in the fields of humanities and social sciences, considering the impact of Covid-19. The study utilizes a descriptive approach with a scientometric and content analysis method, incorporating co-word analysis and social network analysis techniques. The research population comprises Covid-19 studies in the fields of humanities and social sciences in the Web of Science, conducted between 2019 and 2021, involving the top countries in three prominent continents. CiteSpace, Bibexcel, and Gephi software were used to analyze the data, while VOSviewer software was utilized to visualize the intellectual structure. The analysis reveals that religion, spirituality, public health, religiosity, mental health, epidemics, depression, crisis, social media, anxiety, and ethics are significant keywords in research within the humanities and social sciences. Additionally, thematic overlap is observed in the clusters of "China and Spain" and "India, Turkey, Britain, Italy, United States, Canada, and Brazil," with a greater accumulation of clusters in the studies of Turkey, Canada, and Brazil. In addition, it can be said that the focus of studies in the Americas is more on social sciences than on studies in the other two continents.

The purpose of the current research was to process and create knowledge in the coordination of the digital banking ecosystem. Considering the need for deeper application of the theoretical contextualization dimension (compared to the experimental contextualization dimension) in the crystallization of coordination strategies and approaches from the reduced qualitative research method to enrich the identified categories and frame the results of the context Theoretical analysis was used. The thematic research method of Brown and Clark (2006) was chosen as the main and central method to answer the final research question. The statistical population of the research includes experts in the banking industry, especially digital banking and digital financial services, who were selected by the snowball sampling method. After going through 12 interviews, the data was saturated. In evaluating the content validity of the interview questions, the content validity ratio and the content validity index were used. Three strategies of focusing on co-evolution, focusing on enrichment and focusing on novelty were identified as the best knowledge-based strategies. Focusing on co-evolution, value enrichment and up-to-dateness of digital banking ecosystem components as three basic strategies can lead to more performance, increase value for customers, attract new customers and promote the improvement of digital banking system. These strategies are the most essential factors of success and progress in the digital banking ecosystem.

The aim of the current research is to compile the knowledge framework of tax whistleblowing disclosure by analyzing the role of the organization's structure and culture. In the current complex and global economic era, concepts such as financial transparency and disclosure knowledge in the field of taxation have become one of the vital axes for sustainable development and creating economic justice. The present research tried to answer the question of how structural and cultural factors play a role in tax whistle-blowing by using the method of qualitative content analysis and triangulation of data collection. The research community of the tax organization was from 2014 to 2023 and 6 people were selected as interviewees with the purposeful sampling technique. The findings of the research showed that in the studied tax organization, despite the existence of structures to facilitate whistleblowing, the culture of not whistleblowing prevailed over whistleblowing. In more precise words, structural factors were completely overshadowed by cultural factors and even in many cases they became ineffective under the influence of cultural factors. The practical knowledge of this research for policy makers, managers and other administrative health enthusiasts is to pay more attention to the role of organizational culture and prioritize it over other factors affecting tax disclosure knowledge in the direction of organizational information transparency. Any success in the development of tax whistle-blowing disclosure knowledge depends on paying attention to the culture and cultural beliefs about whistle-blowing, and only structural arrangements cannot cause organizational whistle-blowing.

The aim of this research is to employ neural networks in discovering functional knowledge based on the rational training of Avicenna and Kant. The methodology of this study is based on deep learning neural networks, making it an exploratory research. Given the practicality of functional knowledge, this research is applied in nature. To assess the significance of components and evaluation indicators of functional knowledge, text mining and the frequency of related symbols have been used. In order to utilize data mining techniques in this research, the WEKA software has been employed. The algorithms considered for implementation in this study are MLP, SVR, AdaBoost.R, Bagged Trees (BAGTREE), Linear Regression (LR), and Least Squares Support Vector Regression (LSSVR). According to the results obtained for functional knowledge, the LSSVR and SVR methods outperform the others, indicating their superiority. As the charts illustrate, there is significant volatility in this dataset, making prediction challenging. Furthermore, the R2 value is very close to one, indicating relatively accurate predictions by the methods. Neural networks can serve as powerful tools to aid in rational thinking, logical decision-making, and better understanding of the surrounding world, in line with the perspectives of Avicenna and Kant. These tools can assist in analyzing and interpreting complex data in these fields and strive for rationality and human excellence.
