This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of knowledge extraction to examine its grassroots and interdisciplinary interactions based on papers in the Scopus database between 1980 and 2022. The study uses Biblimetrix, performance analysis, and science mapping techniques using 307 articles extracted from the Scopus database. The study used Biblimetrix (R package) and VOSviewer as a tool to carry out the performance analysis and science mapping analysis. The results show that the number of publications has significantly increased in the past decade, 1.53% of authors contribute at least a single article, and 98.46% of authors published multi-authored. China, the USA, and Japan were the most prolific countries in terms of the total number of citations and foreign collaborations. Expert Systems with Applications and the Journal of Knowledge Management are the top journals for knowledge extraction; Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (book series), and Lecture Notes in Computer Science are the top conference proceedings series in this field. Implications of knowledge extraction as an emerging discipline have been discussed based on the evidence and trends. The bibliometrics analysis can be helpful for professionals, scholars, and academics interested in bibliometric studies. it also provides essential information for making decisions on the vitality of disciplines.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the general characteristics (technical dimension, access and communication, and participation) and the general characteristics of the data set of Iran's open data portals.Method: This is a descriptive survey study. A questionnaire with 28 criteria distributed among 30 Ph.D. students in Information Systems is based on the framework used in the research of Renata Máchová1 and Martin Lněnička.Findings: The average score of the general characteristics of the open data portal with 33.22 is higher than the general characteristics of the data set with an average score of 24.87. The overall score of the quality of components of Iranian open data portals is 91.29. The highest score obtained among the portals is related to Iran's open data portal (108.1).Conclusion: The results of comparing the average quality of Iran's open data portals show that the quality of these collections is at a low level. Comparing the average score of the quality of Iran's open data portals (108.1) with the three leading countries in the field of open data included Britain, India, and the United States (higher than 124) shows that Iran is not in a favorable position. It is necessary to pay attention to policy in the field of open data quality.

The use of IoT in intelligent agriculture is now very common among farmers, and with the use of drones and sensors, advanced agriculture is rapidly becoming a growing global standard. The use of IoT requires infrastructure that is defined within an IoT governance framework. This paper proposes new approaches to knowledge management, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT governance and their impact on productivity in the agriculture sector by hiring specialized people who are called AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers.Given the importance of all three topics, knowledge management, IoT, and agriculture, we have tried to show the impact of the presence of AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers and IoT in reducing water consumption as one of the most important requirements of agriculture in a simulation by Matlab Software. The data was obtained from the Eurostat database. We also provide a framework for the presence of AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers in fields that are specialized in agricultural science and knowledge management. Finally, due to the importance of governance in this sector, a framework for the governance of artificial intelligence in the field of agriculture with the presence of knowledge managers has been proposed.

Purpose: This article has been prepared and compiled with the aim of identifying and determining the application of knowledge management criteria in the portals of eight science and technology parks in Tehran province.Method: This research was a descriptive survey. Data were collected based on a checklist based on the model of availability, creation, and transfer of knowledge. The statistical population of this study includes the website of eight science and technology parks in Tehran province. Results: The level of application of knowledge management criteria on the website of science and technology parks is an unfavorable situation. Among the components of knowledge management, the component of knowledge creation with the lowest average compared to the component of knowledge transfer and availability needs to be fundamentally reviewed. Conclusion: The results showed that knowledge management criteria in these websites are not used properly. To eliminate this shortcoming and fill the gap in the current situation, the designers of science and technology parks websites should include the knowledge management approach among the main strategies of the park programs under their management. Keywords: Science and technology parks, knowledge management, portals, knowledge creation
